While I'm sure Carlita can deliver just about any kind of massage experience you ask for, on the suggestion of a friend who is a regular client, I just let Carlita do her thing without any instruction. It's clear that she is an intuitive expert at discovering your pain points and helping to release them with strong hands and fingers. My experience was incredibly rewarding and reminded me of the wisdom in the saying "There is no change without discomfort." As I rocked between deep sensations of searing pain and relief, I used deep breaths to stay present with the aches that Carlita kneaded into oblivion and I could feel the hot white release of physical and emotional blocks throughout the 90 minute session. My massage was like a high level workout - an endurance test that clearly would yield great and much needed returns. And while I'm still sore typing this the day after, Carlita is very good medicine and I am looking forward to my next session. Despite the insistent agony her strong hands are capable of inflicting on knotted, over-stressed and tense muscles, Carlita is a warm, soft-spoken, authentic healer. Her touch is transformational in that you can't release your pain if you don't feel it first. Highly recommended to anyone with a body.

I didn't receive my massage because Carlita injured her hand and needed to reschedule. I haven't heard back yet from her to get a new date. Still waiting. It would have been better if she had called me instead of emailing, especially since it was only few hours before my appointment. I was waiting outside her building trying to figure out how to gt inside. Called her number several times with no answer. Then finally checked my email to find out it was canceled.

I have had massage services provided by Carlita over a year now and I have been most satisfied with her services. Carlita gives thorough massages and is sensitive to the needs and requests of her customers. She treats her customers professionally and with kindness.

Carlita gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage which was exactly what I wanted and needed. She was very careful to check in with me to make sure the pressure was adequate but not overwhelming. I really enjoyed the massage and plan to return for more.

Daughter bought me a 3-visit massage and facial. skin felt great after treatment. Had some initial issues with scheduling but got through that issue. Parking is an issue since its all metered parking close by. If you park several blocks away west of Telegraph avenue there is 2 hour parking which is plenty for your appointment
